Recently brought a Volvo from Blake Waters and it’s been a great experience. I had to travel from the midlands via train to get to Blackburn which was a pain, but when I got to Blackburn the walk from the station to Blakewater wasn’t too bad. When I got to see the Volvo they were more than happy to answer some hard questions and were very friendly. During my first initial inspection of the Volvo I noticed a minor oil leak and a flat tyre, Blakewater was happy to cover the cost to repair the oil leak and the flat tyre was sorted within the hour. If I ever need a car again no doubt I’ll come back here, I was always told to stay away from side-street dealerships as they tend to be sharks but my experience with Blakewater has been far from what was I was told.

The guys at blakewater cars were very helpful and answered all my questions. They had an excellent selection of cars to choose from and gave me an excellent deal on some extended warranty for peace of mind. The car we bought was exactly as described on the advert. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of buying a used a car.

I purchased a qashqui from Blakewater cars recently. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach I received. I did have a couple of issues at first but this was quickly dealt with and I’m a very happy customer. There was no pressure from sales, a good selection of cars and overall just a nice experience. Bought a Ford Fiesta from this second-hand dealership off of AutoTrader. Overall an absolute 5 star experience on all counts: great price, happy to part exchange, happy to test drive, smooth and easy negotiation, all paperwork given to me. The icing on top of the cake - ran into some minor issues, and these were reimbursed via warranty no questions asked. Top job, would thoroughly recommend.

The lads at Blackwater where superb, rang up about the car and they said it’s good to come and test drive, test drove and went over details with themselves. Waited for me to get my funds and then delivered my car, one issue when the car was revived but they paid for the job straight away via bank transfer. Would not hesitate to buy from these guys again. Absolutely brilliant. Lone female travelled from Cornwall and purchased car while visiting family, could have easily told me all sorts but weren’t pushy at all, looked after me really well and nothing had been to much trouble, I had lots of questions to ask and they managed to answer all with no hesitation.
